Dropping off
Please do not drop off more than 15 min before class. We suggest that you bring the 1-3 graders into the building and bring them upstairs. All others can come into building alone.

Lining up to pick up
Rather than parking your cars in a parking space we ask that you form a line that begins at the entrance of our lot – usually the people that will be turning right go to the entrance closest to the cemetery. And those turning left go to the first entrance. It usually takes only 5 minutes to clear the parking lot so we ask everyone to get in line. The ½ circle in the front of the church is used only after we stop the traffic because the children are exiting the building. Please do not park in the half circle! Parents are asked to get out of your car to find your child as we do not want the kids running around the parking lot looking for you. Children are not allowed to leave the church property without a parent or guardian escorting them.

Early dismissal
If you need to pick up your child before class ends, please send a note with the time and we need the person picking up to come to the office to get the child. No child will be let to leave the building alone.

If your child will be absent from class, please call us and let us know.

If school is cancelled, there are no classes. If class has to be cancelled later on we will send an email blast to everyone, we will have message on voicemail and it will be on Channel 4, Channel 5 & Channel 7 & Fox TV. Please do not call the rectory.

There are many children with food allergies, so we are asking that no food is brought into class.
